ClearPack is currently a product-in-development website and founding waitlist. This policy explains the limited information handled by this version of the site.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the name, email address, role, consent choice, and signup time you provide. The hosting provider may process standard technical request data—such as an IP address, browser information, and security logs—to deliver and protect the site. ClearPack stores only a one-way technical fingerprint for short-term rate limiting; it does not store the raw IP address in the waitlist database.

How we use it

We use waitlist information to manage early access, understand who is interested in ClearPack, send relevant product or beta updates, prevent abuse, and operate the site. We do not sell personal information.

Legal basis and choice

You submit waitlist information with your consent. Joining is optional, and you may withdraw consent or unsubscribe from product emails at any time.

Storage, sharing, and retention

Information is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Service providers may process it only to host, secure, and operate the site. Waitlist records are kept while ClearPack develops the product and communicates with interested users, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Short-term rate-limit fingerprints are used only for abuse prevention and are retained for up to 24 hours.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your information. You may also object or withdraw consent. To make a request, reply through the ClearPack email or communication channel that directed you to this site. ClearPack may need to verify that you control the relevant email address.

Cookies and local storage

This version does not use advertising cookies. It stores only your light-or-dark theme preference in your browser. Hosting and security providers may use essential technical measures needed to deliver and protect the service.

Children and changes

The waitlist is not intended for children under 13. We may update this policy as ClearPack adds features; the effective date above will show when it changed.
